Early Life and Career
Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron was born on December 21, 1977, in Amiens, France. He studied philosophy and public administration before working as a financial inspector and investment banker.
Political Career
Macron began his political career as an advisor to the Minister of Economy from 2004 to 2006. He was elected President of France on May 14, 2017, at the age of 39, making him the youngest person to hold the office since Napoleon Bonaparte in 1848.
As President, Macron has implemented a number of reforms, including tax cuts, labor market reforms, and environmental initiatives. He has also been a strong advocate for European integration and free trade.
